Return to practice with the confidence to diagnose, treatment plan, and perform procedures that many dentists never feel comfortable offering within the scope of practice.
Book a Discovery Call“I did the Surgical Extraction course at Advanced Dentistry Institute. By day four, I was doing complex horizontal extractions. With great one-to-one mentoring, you walk away more confident, not more daunted.”

"When I started I didn't even know what implants were available, what size, nothing. But after we placed 12 implants, and my last one took me 20 minutes. The support and confidence they gave me, I don't think I would have gained it anywhere else."
Dr Sindhu
"Day one it was like a deer in the headlights. But by the end I felt confident enough to do surgical extractions and impactions when I go back home. Each of us was paired with a mentor from day one to day five — before every case we'd go through the approach together, then debrief after."
Dr Jalak
Every candidate works with their own specialist mentor, not a group instructor. Your mentor is there for your cases, adjusting to your pace and your goals throughout the week.
Patients are medically and dentally assessed before the course. You're working on real people with real clinical needs. Case complexity is matched to your skillset in a structured and supervised university environment.
Courses run at a modern, 33-chair purpose-built facility with full CBCT diagnostics, sterilisation suites, and surgical motors. The clinical standard is what you'd expect from an exceptional training institution.
Post-course sessions, ongoing case planning with the Prosthodontic Mentor, Dr Yohan Thomas, and in-clinic mentorship available in your own practice. The course week is the beginning, not the end. It’s your ticket to a more fulfilling career, not just drill and fill
Every India course carries 30 CPD points with university-backed certification.

"I completed a course placing implants on cadavers which were excellent, but not the same as placing them in actual patients. This is the key difference. I got direct hands-on experience with my own prosthodontist tutor guiding me all the way. The first day I placed two implants, and by day four I had placed five that morning on my own — 12 in one week."
Dr V Palamountain
South Australia
"I feel my technical skill level has improved dramatically, as has my confidence. I also gained valuable knowledge by knowing where my skill level was and what teeth I wouldn't attempt in Australia. The level of organisation and care taken by Dr Yohan Thomas truly went above and beyond."
Dr S Robinson
South Australia
"I liked the attraction of being able to practice one-on-one with a mentor and also the ability to practice on live patients — it's so different from practising on a model. I definitely could go home now and tackle third molars. Different impactions, angular, vertical, horizontal. It's built my confidence a lot."
Dr T Jensen
South Australia
"The mentorship has been amazing — one-on-one, watching every step while you're placing implants. There is also post-training support that Dr Thomas provides after finishing the course, so you're not left alone. Once you finish, the support is there."
Dr B Arzani
New South Wales
"They held my hand a lot more on day one and then by today I can do everything without them — they're kind of just looking over my shoulder. I would honestly recommend this course to anyone on any part of their journey because they cater to your needs quite well."
Dr P Saravanamuthu
Queensland
"The thought of travelling alone to India was my biggest consideration before signing up. Upon arrival, my concerns were quickly allayed, we were so well taken care of by Dr Thomas. It is by far the most rewarding dental course I have been on."
Dr T Si Yi

A purpose-built, 33-chair university facility — CBCT diagnostics, sterilisation suites, modern surgical motors. The clinical standard is serious, the environment is structured, and every patient is medically and dentally screened before you work with them.
India is one of the most visited destinations in Asia for good reason. The food is genuinely excellent, the city is cosmopolitan and modern, and Dr Thomas provides personal recommendations for where to eat and what to see. Safe, walkable, and far from the caricature some people imagine.
Five-star, single occupancy, with daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel included. Airport transfers, daily transport to and from the university, and evening meals are all organised. Sally handles everything from enrollment through to graduation dinner.
You'll be with a small group of dentists who are there for exactly the same reason you are. Evenings are yours — cultural excursions, dinners, shopping and the occasional late night are all part of it.
Flights are not included, most candidates prefer to book their own so they can choose their airline and collect air miles. Beyond that, everything is taken care of.
Mentorship sessions with Dr Thomas, ongoing case planning, and in-clinic mentorship available in your own practice, in Australia and New Zealand. It does not finish with the course in India. It is the start to an amazing journey in various fields of dentistry.
